Q. How long have you been with the practice?

I have been with Newburyport Family Practice since 2016.

Q. Where did you go to school?

I went to Gordon College for undergraduate before attendingĀ Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences for Physician Assistant Studies.

I have been with Newburyport Family Practice since 2016.

Q. What brought you to the area?

I moved to the North Shore from Connecticut to attend college.

Q. What made you want to pursue a career in medicine?

I have always been interested in science and the mechanisms of how things work. I also have many family members in medicine. The medical field provides a great way to pursue my interests and care for people.

Q. What do you like most about medical care?

Fortunately, most doctor’s visits are not incredibly serious. But when I have the opportunity to truly improve someone’s life it is incredibly fulfilling and gratifying.

Q. What is your favorite TV show? Medical TV show?

I don’t watch much TV.

Q. What is your favorite local spot?

Middle Street Food

Q. What is your favorite recipe and can you share it with us?

Salmon bake casserole (my mother’s recipe).

Q. What is your favorite holiday & why?

Thanksgiving. I love getting to spend the beginning of the holiday season with family.

Q. Tell us a fun fact about yourself.

I once dead lifted 505 lbs.

Q. If you could have any super power, what would it be?

Super strength. There could be so many lucrative and fun applications.

Q. When you were younger, you wanted to be ___ when you grew up.

I wanted to be a veterinarian when I was younger.

The Hobbit

Q. What is your favorite piece of health advice?

I think the best way to improve everyone’s health rests on four things:
1) Healthy diet
2) Regular exercise
3) Quality sleep
4) Stress reduction
